Administrative Tasks

  1. Develop a plan for preparing the university's budget proposal.
  2. Prepare estimate for budget items.
  3. Authenticate the budget proposal.
  4. Prepare amendments to the budgets proposal in line with priorities.
  5. Prepare studies for tracking contracts and projects.
  6. Follow up on budget implementation.
  7. Follow up on financial reallocation between items to settle dues and cover differences.
  8. Follow up on and review financial commitments and make use of them.
  9. Approve contracts through the (Etimad) platform.
  10. Approve financial claims through the (Etimad) platform.
  11. Follow up on the disbursement of financial commitment of financial commitments.
  12. Prepare financial reports.
